Pull Your Weeds of Fear and Worry with The Gardener's 222 Technique ™
Hello, gardeners! Did you know that fear and worry are two of the biggest weeds (stressors) in our gardens? These invasive thoughts and feelings can disrupt our positive mindset at any moment, and often without warning.
Thankfully gardeners, our bodies are equipped with physical alert systems that signal when we aren't feeling emotionally well. We might experience tightness in our stomachs, shoulders, or jaws, weakness in our legs, headaches, or an overwhelming sense of exhaustion. When these physical symptoms arise, it's our body's way of signaling us to shift our focus to a more positive mindset and stop watering our weeds (focusing on negatives instead of positives). While this may sound simple, we know this can be quite challenging-for gardeners of all ages!

That’s why today gardeners, we're excited to introduce an extremely useful ‘gardening tool’ to help you change your thoughts the next time you feel fearful or worried. The Gardener's 222 Technique™ is a simple practice that can be done mentally or as a written exercise.
