Emotional growth does not happen all at once. It unfolds slowly, just like a garden. Some days feel steady. Other days ask more of us.
Through every season, we learn to care for our thoughts and feelings, pulling our weeds and making space for new growth.
This is the work of growth, one step at a time.
We all have weeds. Some run deep. Some show up overnight. Some take time, patience, and intention to pull.
And still, we choose to do the work.
We are gardeners. We show up. We stay committed. We make space for growth… in how we think, how we respond, and how we choose to move forward.
Because positive change doesn’t start somewhere out there… it starts with us.
If we want something to change, we have to plant it 🌱
