To start, sit comfortably and take out your Shamrock Breathing Tracer. Follow the outline of the shamrock with your finger. Inhale deeply through your nose as instructed, letting your stomach expand while filling your lungs with air. Pause briefly, then exhale slowly through your mouth while tracing the shamrock outline with your finger. Repeat this sequence until you complete all four sections of the lucky clover pattern.
